By using Loaded PC website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
Loaded PC provides digital PC game access, download guidance, setup instructions, and support services. Product details, system requirements, and delivery information are provided on the website or through support.
2. Customer Responsibility
Before placing an order, the customer must:
- Read product details carefully.
- Check minimum and recommended system requirements.
- Confirm storage space availability.
- Make sure their PC can run the selected game.
- Understand the digital nature of the product/service.
3. System Requirements
Loaded PC is not responsible if the customer's PC does not meet the required specifications. Performance issues, lag, crash, or launch problems caused by low hardware, outdated drivers, Windows issues, or missing software are not considered Loaded PC's fault.
4. Digital Delivery
After payment approval, access is usually provided within 30 to 60 minutes. Delivery may be provided through account/dashboard access, email, or support communication.
5. Payment Verification
Orders are processed after successful payment verification. Customers may be required to share a payment screenshot for confirmation.
6. Account/Dashboard Access
Customers may receive access through their Loaded PC account/dashboard. Customers are responsible for keeping their login details safe.
7. Support
Loaded PC provides basic setup guidance and first-time support for the purchased item. Remote support may be provided through AnyDesk or similar tools when needed.
8. Refund & Replacement
Due to the digital nature of the service, cash refunds are generally not available after delivery. Replacement/support may be provided only in eligible cases and must be claimed within 24 hours.
9. Incorrect Customer Information
Loaded PC is not responsible for delay or issue caused by incorrect customer details, wrong WhatsApp number, wrong email, or incomplete payment proof.
10. Legal Use Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of any software, game, file, or digital content follows applicable laws, license terms, and platform rules. Loaded PC does not encourage misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of third-party rights.
11. Changes to Terms
Loaded PC may update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
