Delivery Time

After payment approval, delivery is usually completed within 30 to 60 minutes. In some cases, delivery may be faster.

• WhatsApp support guidance, if needed.

Required Details for Delivery

To process your order, we may require:

• WhatsApp number.
• Game/order name.
• Payment screenshot.
• Email address, if needed.

Delay Reasons

Delivery may be delayed if:

• Payment screenshot is missing.
• Payment is not verified.
• Customer provides wrong details.
• Customer does not respond.
• Technical issue occurs on website/dashboard.
• Order is placed outside support timing.

Download & Setup

Customers are responsible for downloading the provided file/access and following the setup guide. Loaded PC may provide first-time support if needed.

If you face any issue after delivery, contact our support within 24 hours with your order details and screenshot/error proof.
